Smoothie bowls are my go to for summer. I love the textures, flavours and colours. They are so refreshing and can be really filling depending on the fruits and vegetables you use. The best thing about smoothies is that you can prep the fruit in advance, get some zip locked bags and freeze it.
Green Smoothie Bowl
handful of grapes
handful of spinach
1/2 cup water and ice
Chia seeds (I have no idea what their health benefits are I just love the texture.)
Tropical Fruit Bowl
I bought this smoothie pack from Aldi for £1.99. It had mango, pineapple and papaya. It makes 3-4 smoothies. All I did was add a banana.
I used a nutribullet for both smoothies. Sometimes I add coconut milk but most times I prefer to use water.
